Welcome, Wellness Seekers!


Life is such a gift and I feel so grateful to have mine. I feel like I've had a good run at it so far. Sure I've had my ups and downs, but my ups I willingly rode with a giant smile and my downs I view as learning opportunities. I suppose this is the basis for beginning The Wellness Collection. I am just so eager to share little tid bits of happiness with you that I believe contribute to an overall healthy lifestyle! A collection of thoughts and learnings that help make things "well", so to speak.

Having been in the fitness industry for over 15 years now, I have picked up quite a few pointers. Yet, I have slowly come to realize that true health is achieved through so much more than just food and exercise. Although they are very important components, I have found so many other things that have contributed to making my life the best it could possibly be. I want to motivate and empower you to live your life so it, too, can be the best it can be. We are only given one chance at life, so we may as well live it to the fullest!

Take this day and make it wonderful! Open your eyes wide enough to see every chance of happiness! Believe that you can live the life that you dream of, and hopefully I can help you along the way. Onward, Wellness Seekers! Onward, to being your best!
